About Puberty101.com
We believe every young person deserves clear, kind and accurate answers about their changing body — and every parent and teacher deserves tools that make those conversations easier.
Why we exist
Puberty is universal, yet good information about it is surprisingly hard to find in one place. Teen resources rarely connect to parent resources, boys' puberty is under-covered, and many families still rely on a single awkward "big talk." Puberty101.com brings teen guides, parent conversation tools and classroom resources together, on every topic, in plain language.
What we do
- Guides on body changes, periods, hygiene, feelings, body image and body safety.
- Interactive tools — a body-changes explorer, period predictor, quiz, kit builder and conversation starters.
- Resources for schools — lesson structure, parent-night materials and sponsored product kits.
- Anonymous Q&A so nobody has to stay confused because a question felt too embarrassing.
Our principles
- Accurate: written in line with guidance from pediatric and public-health bodies, with sources on every guide.
- Age-appropriate: clinical, respectful language — never graphic.
- Inclusive: every body, every family, every learner.
- Independent: advertisers and sponsors never influence health content. See our editorial & advertising policy.
- Safe: we don't collect personal data from children, and our question box is anonymous.
How we're funded
